Car rental prices in Pune depend on three things: which car you pick, how long you keep it, and how much distance you cover in a day. Because of that we do not publish one flat "starting from" number on this page — the table above lists the live per-day rate of every car actually available in our fleet right now, so you are comparing real prices rather than an advert that changes every month.

The cheapest car to rent in Pune from our current fleet is the Celerio at ₹2000 per day, which is the right pick for one or two people on city trips, office runs and short errands. Around ₹2600 a day you move up to cars like the Glanza, which suits longer highway drives and family comfort. At the top of the fleet the Carens is ₹4000 per day — a premium pick for wedding functions, corporate use or a long outstation run.

What is never in the price: there is no driver or chauffeur charge, because every Sahyadri Rides booking is self drive. What is also not included: fuel, tolls, parking, fastag and any interstate permit. What is charged separately: a refundable security deposit of roughly ₹5,000 to ₹10,000, which comes back to you after the return once fastag and traffic checks are clear. So the number in the table is the number you pay per day — no hidden commission, no booking fee, no surge.

Duration is where the real saving is. A daily booking is charged at the per-day rate, and weekly and monthly plans bring the effective daily rate down, with monthly rentals up to 70% cheaper than daily. If you are in Pune for a work assignment, house hunting, a medical stay or a monthly outstation rotation, a monthly rental is dramatically better value than booking the same car daily for 30 days.

For groups, price per seat is what matters rather than price per day. A 7 seater like the Ertiga at ₹3200 per day works out to roughly ₹457 per person per day when all seven seats are used — usually cheaper per head than two smaller cars, and one vehicle means one driver licence and one parking spot.
