Hourly car rental in Pune — rent a self drive car by the hour

Hourly car rental in Pune works the way you would expect: you tell us the pickup time and how long you need the car, we confirm the exact car, and the charge is calculated on the hours booked plus the distance covered. If you return the car earlier than your booked slot you are not charged for the unused hours, and if you keep it longer the extra time is billed at the agreed hourly rate on extra hours plus extra kilometres. There is no driver, so the cost stays low even for short Pune trips.

Our minimum booking duration is 24 hours, so a full self drive rental is always available if you need the car for most of a day or night — for many customers that is simpler than an hourly block. Hourly billing matters most when you keep a car for only a few hours and would otherwise have paid a driver for a full day, or when you need a second car for a couple of hours while your own is at service.

The terms are the same as every Sahyadri Rides booking: the car is insured with a deductible, freshly serviced and sanitised, with a valid fitness certificate, PUC, spare tyre and 24x7 breakdown assistance. Fuel, tolls, parking and fastag are not included. A refundable security deposit is held and returned after the car comes back, subject to fastag and traffic violation verification.

You need a valid LMV driving licence at least one year old plus one government photo ID, and be at least 21 years old; printed A4 licences, mParivahan screenshots and commercial licences are not accepted. Hourly cars are delivered and picked up across all 41 Pune localities we serve, including Kothrud, Karve Nagar, Shivaji Nagar, Camp, Dattawadi, Sinhagad Road, Hinjewadi, Wakad, Baner, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Hadapsar and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
