Step 1 — pick your plan. Daily and weekly rentals suit holidays, outstation trips and short work assignments. Monthly rentals cost up to 70% less per day and are the cheapest option if you will drive regularly for a month. There is no minimum duration beyond a day, and you can extend any plan if the car is available.
Step 2 — choose the right car. Hatchbacks like the Swift and Baleno are ideal for city driving and solo commutes. The i20 and Honda City suit business travel. The Nexon and Creta are versatile SUVs for highway drives, and the Ertiga, Innova Crysta, Fortuner and Thar cover 6 to 7 passenger and premium needs. Step 3 — documents. You need a valid LMV driving licence that is at least one year old, plus one government ID such as Aadhaar or PAN. There is no driver requirement and no employer letter. Our team verifies documents at pickup, which takes a few minutes.
Step 4 — pay and collect. You pay the rental amount plus a fully refundable security deposit. The car is delivered to your home, office or hotel in Pune, or you can collect it from our base on Sinhagad Road, Dattawadi. Keep the fuel level and body condition as received, and note any existing scratches at pickup.
Step 5 — drive and return. Drive within the included daily kilometres, and unlimited kilometres within Maharashtra for outstation trips on eligible plans. Return the car at the agreed time with the same fuel level. The security deposit is refunded within 24 to 48 hours after the car passes inspection. If you damage the car, only the repair cost is deducted from the deposit — you are not charged rental-rate penalties.
